Thank you so much for your ongoing prayers for Daniel Giffin and his family!
Unfortunately, the MRI Daniel had on Monday, May 6 showed a concerning spot “about the size of a blueberry” in his brain. More tests need to be run to determine for sure what it is, but they were told it is most indicative of another tumor. Please continue to pray for them for the following:
Complete healing for Daniel.
Decisions that must be made regarding his treatment.
Encouragement and peace for the whole family as they are facing this and other hard issues in their family.
Resolution for some health insurance issues that have come up.
Below are some other specific ways we can continue help:
GIFT CARDS – These will continue to be collected for them at the front desk.
GOFUNDME – Financial help for medical and related expenses.
Thank you for your prayers for Schafer as he continues to recover from his illness!

Prayer is the most essential work of our ministry and fruitfulness to God. Come join us as we praise God for His excellence and ask for His mighty hand to lead this school and change hearts for all of eternity. Without prayer, our work is arrogant and will only bear bad fruit (John 15:5). Let us humbly and diligently seek and come together in one accord and do the greatest thing we can do––pray.

Brunch will be served in both the Butler and Elementary buildings for our teachers to enjoy at their convenience. Also, a special gift boutique will be set up in the Butler conference room with a variety of gift items they might enjoy. Throughout the day each teacher or staff member can come to browse to choose something that will be a blessing to them. The school administration will be providing items but families are welcome to contribute towards the brunch and boutique as well!

Hello USCO Family,
It’s that time of year again! The Festival Fantastique is back! The Date is Wednesday, May 22nd from 2 pm (or when students are released) until 8:30 which is the last day of school.
This is an end of year party/BBQ/fundraiser. We spend the day together having fun, food, fellowship, and raising some money which which will be equally split between:
Tabitha: support child sponsorship and school supplies for next year
Ultimate Frisbee Teams: funding for sideline sunshades
Theater Department: funding for building a new stage in the chapel
There will be a water balloon fight, threesbee tournament, spikeball tournament, volleyball, giant slip-n-slide, dinner (We will BBQ hamburgers & hot dogs, chips and drinks), swimming pools, and much more!
The end of night activity will consist of a Tabitha partnership update from Ryan followed by a worship time led by Puckett.
Here is recommended donation schedule:
$25 per person, $45 for 2 people, and $60 for a family. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE know that these are recommended but not required, whatever you can do is completely acceptable. We want the whole family to join us for this event no matter your ability to donate.

Elementary families are invited, however we don’t have constant supervision for unattended kids so they must have family supervision please.

Hello USCO families,
Hard copies of secondary class schedules for 2019-2020 were provided in the family boxes on Tuesday, April 30 for your review. Should you need to make any changes to your student’s schedule, the Add/Drop window is open from April 30th until May 9th. Please access the link via the button below to request an Add/Drop before the deadline.
As a reminder, we offer one FREE Add/Drop request per student for the 2019-20 school year. After one request, each additional Add/Drop throughout the year will cost $10, which will be charged to FACTS.
The next secondary chapel will be on Thursday, May 16 at 8:30. Students enrolled in 1st period classes are required to attend and all other students are encouraged to come as well.

The USCO Crush HS Boys, HS Girls and JH Co-Ed Ultimate Frisbee Teams will be competing at the Altitude Youth league state tournament on May 11-12th which will be at:

The elementary grades will be having their last chapel of the year on Thursday, May 9 at 8:30 in the chapel.
The 5th grade will be unveiling their legacy art project and then the Kindergarten, 3rd and 4th grades will be giving a special presentation about thankfulness that you won’t want to miss!
As always, all parents are welcome to attend but we are especially asking that if at all possible, at least one parent be present for students from the Kindergarten, 3rd and 4th grades. Please bring some tissues and be prepared to start your day with a bunch of warm fuzzies!
