Leadership

Our Approach

USCO desires to create strong leaders in our upcoming generation through experience, discipleship, and intentional challenge. Rather than using a specific leadership program or curriculum, we seek to teach leadership through experiences in all of the other values of our school. We want academic leaders guiding the classroom in the pursuit of knowledge, missional leaders spreading the gospel, but most of all, we want worshipful leaders who lead by serving others and pointing them to glory of Christ.

We create

And cultivate

Tomorrow's leaders
